Heart Cross Country Championships Come to Seminole Valley Park

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - The Heart of America Cross Country Championships are headed to Seminole Valley Park on Saturday, November 9.

The Championships will kick off with the women's 6k race at 11 a.m. and will be followed by the men's 8k race at approximately 11:45 a.m, with an awards ceremony to follow. Fans can purchase tickets HERE.
