26 Mustangs Named Daktronics Winter Scholar Athletes

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - 26 Mustang student-athletes were named to the Daktronics NAIA Scholar Athlete Winter list, announced by the national office on Wednesday.

Women's bowling led the way with 11 student athletes earning honors, while women's basketball was not far behind with eight.

Women's Basketball: Alivia Sweeney, Annika Headington, Emily Schumacher, Halee Jackson, Iva Sicar, Paige Van Berkum, Taylor Rose, Taylor Wells

Women's Bowling: Brooke Salzman, Carly Zuklin, Chloe Day, Elena Carr, Emma Hindt, Emma Punter, Jaelle Hamman, Kaylee Lipp, Megan Jacobson, Nada Abdul Jalil, Resa Laqua

Cheer: Maria Ferraro, Mary Macumber
